Where does Nest New York ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, used candles and personal care items cannot be returned.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

How do I ensure the best burn for my Nest candles?
To prevent tunneling and ensure an even burn, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and allow the wax to melt to the edges of the glass during each use.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, Nest New York is committed to ethical practices. Our products are cruelty-free and we do not test any of our formulas or ingredients on animals.
