Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and insured.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused products in their original luxury packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return slip is included inside the package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
